  3/6/13 at 9:54 AM PST I called aloe care at (800) 563-6937 (which was a fax machine) and there was no answer. I followed up with an email to [email protected] to inform them of the complaint filed against them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaint. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
